No one that has the ability to put in hard work should be stuck in a unhealthy body.  After being over 330lbs I had a decision to make.  You know the one I'm speaking about.  That decision to just keep letting myself get worse or to actually make a dramatic change.  For me this was for more than just losing weight.  I wanted to be in the best shape of my life.  Losing weight was not my only goal.  Becoming an athelete is the mark for me.
