I firmly believe that if you can not motivate yourself that you are not ready for this.  Sure I can give you motivation and a little push, but lets be honest. 

 

If you do not want to do it you simlply wont and you will find every excuse not to.  If you expect me to care more about this for you than you do for yourself...I won't!

 

My style of personal training is one in which you will have prove to me that you are will to do what it takes.

 

Its your body and health, right?  When you are ready to work....

There are many people out there looking for a solution to their issues with fitness.  If you group would like to talk to me to see if we are a good fit for each other give me a call.

 

I am able to meet you in your facility a few times a week to give you the tools and inspiration you need to make the changes you need to make for your health and fitness.

            SELF TRAINING

 

There is no greater pride than setting a goal and reaching it.  Many people are highly self motivated and just need the right set of instructions to do it all on their own.

 

If you just need a roadmap full of instructions on how you can go from where you are to where you want to be I have a treasure trove of workouts, eating plans, and inspiration that will help you.

 

You can do this!

Workingout for people like us is hard.  Our schedules make it really hard.  What if I told you that if you give me just 25 to thirty minutes in the morning and in the afternoon, I could show you how to change you life and that number on the scale?
